On the morning of March 20, 2026, William Hou, senior Management of Weser, paid a business visit to the headquarters of Rudolph 

and held in-depth discussions with Luiz F. Martin Scheid, Head of Global Purchasing of Rudolph, on bilateral cooperation matters.

a tour of Rudolph's production plant, showcasing the company's core manufacturing strength in detail. During the exchange, William 

Hou gave a comprehensive introduction to Weser's development layout and core capabilities to Rudolph. The two parties conducted 

in-depth consultations on specific cooperation projects and identified a number of cooperation opportunities.

This senior-level exchange visit is an important measure for the two parties to deepen mutual understanding and build consensus 

on cooperation, and has successfully explored a number of clear cooperation entry points such as outsourced machining and casting 

production. The two parties have agreed to accelerate the submission of quotations and the signing of the NDA, continuously 

connect on the details of subsequent projects, promote the rapid transformation of cooperation intentions into practical results, 

and join hands to achieve coordinated development and win-win results in the field of automotive components and related manufacturing.
